We are open for new registrations
We encourage anyone moving address into the area to join the list of a local GP as soon as is practically possible. It can take a few days to receive your notes from your previous doctor's surgery, so it is better to register with a new GP in your area before you fall ill!
You will need proof of identity, and / or your present NHS medical card.
We do not restrict new registrations merely to those in halls of residence, so if you live locally in the area and wish to join please come along to the surgery during our opening hours.
Patients living within the practice boundary may register any time in person at the practice.
Proof of identity and address are required. All new patients are asked to complete a medical questionnaire and undergo a health check with a nurse if required. Once registered with the practice you can make an appointment to see any doctor or nurse of your choice.
NHS services are available to those with UK residency.
You may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING PROOF OF ADDRESS. THIS CAN BE IN THE FORM OF A UTILITY BILL OR TENANCY AGREEMENT.
