A Survey Monkey poll was carried out several months ago, that asked our patients to prioritise the topics that mattered most to them. The results are shown below (1 being most important, 12 being least important):
1.     Clinical Care
2.     Getting an appointment
3.     Services offered
4.     Contacting the practice
5.     Being involved in own care
6.     Confidentiality
7.     Opening Hours
8.     Waiting Times
9.     Reception/admin
10.   Repeat prescription service
11.   Building
12.   Accessibility

A small group of volunteer patients, then met at the surgery to help us design the final survey, based on this initial scoping exercise.

Once the results were in, the same group helped us analyse the results and construct our practice development plan. Click on the links below for the results / general comments and action plan.
