Practice Area

Patients living within the practice boundary may register any time at the practice by completing the electronic registration form found below, alternatively you can complete a paper registration form at the practice.

Disclaimer: Only postcodes which start with M14 or M20 are within the practice boundary, the map is only an approximation of the actual practice boundary.

To check if you are in our area click anywhere on the map below to interact: Press the spy glass in the top right hand corner and enter your postcode. If your postcode falls outside of the purple “horses head”, then unfortunately, you are not within the practice boundary and will need to register elsewhere.

Students

We do not restrict new registrations merely to those residing in University Halls of Residence, if you live locally within the practice boundary area and wish to join please complete the electronic registration form found below, alternatively you can complete a paper registration form at the practice.

Catchment Area

Assignment to an Accountable GP

All new patients who register with the practice are allocated a named accountable GP within 21 days of registration, as required in the latest GP Contract.

Despite this, patients are entitled to choose to see any GP or nurse in the practice in line with current arrangements, as we work as a group practice.

Students who want to register must add their flat number and room number, especially those who are living in halls of residence.
